To start, we onboard the project with you and your team, unpacking your vision, stumbling blocks and all the details. We then determine the scope and parameters of your event, and create a project brief and initial quotation.

Once accepted by you and your team, we hold a site-meeting and assess the landscape. Then we move on to developing and fine-tuning the concept.

We design and mock-up the unique and custom elements required to make your event one of a kind. This is also our research and development phase.

Our team turns the brief into a proposal meeting your goals and eliminating your pain points. We tap our best ideas and resources; incorporating our Envision approach to add the finishing touches to your concept.

After sign-off, we move into the pre-production phase and begin working on the many moving parts to get ready. Plans and timelines are structured and carefully project managed in the lead up to the event. Our tents, systems and deliverables converge on-site for the installation, and our team of builders, riggers and managers smartly coordinate the set up for the event.

Our team of experienced riggers can work alongside your team for the duration of the event. We ensure everything is safe, carefully maintained, and run with precision while the event is live.

We are just as attentive in the final stages, delivering an efficient breakdown on site. We tie up any loose ends, administrative tasks and end with a round table debrief. Hugs and high-fives included.
