The beautifully situated monumental mansion with its location and beautiful garden has all the assets to create a unique experience. The extension of the terrace and the requested enclosure asked us to respect the natural elements present and integration of themis key in this story.

The complexity required us to combine different installation techniques and preserve the aesthetic aspect and natural geometry. The organic stretch tent fabric with the already existing elements creates a perfect symbiosis and with the optimal height and flexibility we created the necessary space for a balanced dance of light and nature

With the choice of a white translucent stretch material we obtain a pleasant shadow play from the leafy deck of the plane trees. The two black coated steel posts take care of the unnecessary anchors and ropes. Our matte exterior coating ensures longevity, while the organic canvas on the inside provides a warm, natural feel.

When the Shrimpura group contacted us, it was time for some new stretch tents to cover their terraces. The water was winning from the older white stretch material, leaving green residu where the water has been gathering. Weird… The terraces are in an L-shape so can you make a tent out one piece that goes around the corner was a logic resolve?

Due the configuration and inconvenient accessibility, not such a simple answer to provide. We localised the former issues, got confronted with some new ones and finally reached a functional solution for the prior problem. With a clever 25m long gutter following the L- shape of the roof we evacuated all the problematic water and increasing the longevity of the stretch fabric.
